Quick Connect Fitting and Gas Hose for City Gas

The quick-connect coupling has automatic opening and closing valves built into both the plug (male fitting) and the socket (female fitting). This safety design ensures that the gas is shut off when disconnected.

• The reinforced gas hose for city gas is a JIS certified product (JIS K6351), and the quick couplings have passed the voluntary inspection by both the Japan Gas Appliances Inspection Association (JIA) and the Japan LP Gas Appliances Inspection Association (LIA), so you can use them with confidence.
• The dual valve structure allows the fluid to flow from either side.
• Cleaning and layout changes are also easy.
• We also sell just the hose or the quick couplings separately.

How to Select the Right Hose?

1. Choose the appropriate fitting for your equipment from the options below:
   ● Quick coupler ● Pipe thread fitting
2. Ensure the length has a slight allowance, but do not make it excessively long.
3. Hoses with a screw fitting for the flex gas valve connection type can also be used for outdoor-installed equipment.
4. The gas flow rate varies depending on the hose diameter and length. Please select based on the data below, considering the gas consumption of your equipment.

For the method of connecting the traditional TU fittings and the updated Rc fittings, we kindly ask you to refer to the diagram on the right. We request that you verify the specifications of the hose and on-site construction fittings during installation. Note 1: If an L-shaped piping is required, a separate L-shaped swivel adapter will be necessary. Note 2: TU fitting refers to a fitting that seals with a gasket while essentially based on JISB0203 pipe taper thread of Rc1/2. The hexagonal part of the fitting has a TU fitting stamped indication. In our company, upon obtaining JIS certification (JIS K6351), we have standardized all sizes to Rc fittings.
