Shinwa Sangyo consistently gathers a vast amount of information from gas construction sites throughout the country, thanks to its widespread sales activities. Collaborating with our customers and manufacturers, we have pioneered new technologies and products. This commitment is evident in our portfolio of over 500 patent applications.
In a notable partnership with Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., we co-developed the “Magic Joint” construction method. This innovative technique enables work to proceed without shutting off the gas supply. The method uses a controlled explosion in a vacuum to join gas pipes without disrupting the gas flow. This breakthrough earned us the “Technology Prize” from the Japan Gas Association. Moreover, our “Quick Connect Fitting and Gas Hose” – a modern solution for indoor piping connections – has also been recognized, contributing to our receipt of technical awards on more than ten occasions.
