Overview
The Quick-Connect Gas Hose for LP Gas is designed for swift one-touch attachment and detachment, ideal for mobile combustion equipment. Its main features include a quick-connect fitting with a dual-valve structure and a hose with threaded connectors on both ends for LP gas burners. This makes it especially convenient for relocating appliances in a kitchen or adjusting the layout.
Features
The quick-connect coupling contains automatic opening and closing valves in both the plug (male fitting) and the socket (female fitting). This ensures the gas is safely shut off when disconnected.

How to Use？
How to Select the Right Hose?
- Choose the fitting type for your equipment from the following options:
- Quick coupler
- Pipe thread fitting
- TU coupling
- Ensure the hose length has a slight allowance. Avoid overly long hoses.
- Hoses with a screw fitting for the flex gas valve connection type can also be used outdoors.
- The gas flow rate will differ based on hose diameter and length. Choose according to your equipment’s gas consumption.
GHP (Gas Heat Pump Air Conditioning and Heating System) and its LP Gas Piping Connection:
GHP outdoor units are often mounted on anti-vibration bases. When the outdoor unit is attached to an anti-vibration base, there is significant vibration displacement during start-up and shut-down.
For pipes that repeatedly undergo displacement due to such equipment vibrations, we recommend large-diameter LP gas burner hoses with excellent vibration absorption performance.
When removing the quick connect gas hose from the gas device during cleaning, etc., always attach the dedicated cap to both the plug and the socket and store it in a proper place.
What is TU coupling?
The screw thread follows the JIS 2B 03 standard for pipe taper threads, primarily based on the R c1/2 specification. It’s a fitting designed for sealing with a gasket. The hexagonal part of the fitting is marked with the “TU” stamp.
(Do not use thread sealant on it.)
The material of the gasket is non-asbestos, considering the environment.
How to Connect?
For equipment marked “TU”, you can connect directly. Most water heaters and bath boilers have this mark. For those without it, use the R adapter to make the connection.
