Gas Pipe Grip Coupling – Efficient Gas Pipe Jointing
Overview
Introducing the Gas Pipe Grip Coupling, the innovative solution to gas plumbing. Designed to simplify operations in challenging environments such as ceilings, underfloors, and within PS units. This coupling streamlines the pipe-joining process, eliminating the need for cumbersome welding and related protective measures.
Features
Enhanced Work Efficiency
This coupling is designed to improve operations in tight spaces, eliminating the need for welding and thus boosting efficiency.
Lightweight Design
Weighing only 0.66kg (for the 50A model), it’s designed to reduce the burden on workers.
Built-in Sealing
Features built-in sealing rubber, making separate gasket installations a thing of the past, and reducing potential operational errors.
Hexagonal Bolt Mechanism
With just two hexagonal bolts, the connection is simplified, requiring fewer tools.
Versatility
The design poses no constraints on the direction of the couplings or tightening bolts, making the installation process more flexible.
How to Use

1. Preparation
Begin by ensuring the pipe end is free from burrs and is thoroughly cleaned.

2. Marking
Determine the position for the coupling by marking each pipe.

Placement
Slide the coupling onto one pipe, insert the other pipe, then align according to the marks.

Tightening (For 50A, 80A, 100A)
Use a hex socket wrench to tighten the binder.

Tightening (For 150A, 200A)
Tighten using a hex socket wrench, following the specified “Tightening Torque Value”. This size features an integrated spacer as a preventive mechanism against loosening.
